Weird weather
So glad it has cooled down.Was so hot here for several days. Now they say rain.It has been very trying at work with my boss.I love my job feeding the kids but my boss has a attitude like its all about me.Very self-centered person.I just continue to work hard.Corky has off Friday and Monday. So I have compiled a to-do list. Aren't I nice?I finally received my hanging tomato and strawberry kits but so far the things haven't sprouted. The strawberry seeds I had to put in the refrig for 3 weeks first. I am almost ready to buy little tomato plants and put in the bag to see if that works.Is that cheating.??We helped celebrate Casey's first birthday over past weekend.We had fun in spite of the heat.He walks all over.Them grandsons are so precious.Love to all.Corky and Kay.

wow, kay, you are industrous...still got a little farmer in you, huh? I started a liquid diet on Tuesday to get ready for surgery...so tomatoes and strawberry sound mighty good right about now. I agree, wierd weather we are having!
Lauri, hope your diet works for you.Always such a big challenge.I know Corky ,if he loses some weight, he can get off the diabetes meds he does not want to take.It is hard to know what to feed him for a meal because he still needs to have so many carbs so his sugar doesn't drop.He is slowly losing.Just wish you the best.Love Corky and Kay
